Privacy Policy

Overview

Toolfyra (“we”, “us”) operates https://toolfyra.vercel.app and its subpages. We designed the site so that the tools themselves are privacy-preserving by default: every calculator and converter runs locally in your browser, and the files or numbers you enter are never uploaded to our servers.

This policy explains the limited cases in which any data touches third parties, and it describes your rights under the GDPR (EU/EEA), UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA (California) and other applicable laws.

Information we do NOT collect

We do not receive, store or process the inputs you type into tools, the files you open with them, or the results you download. Processing happens on your device using standard browser APIs. You can verify this in your browser’s developer tools: no file data is sent over the network while a tool runs.

Information handled by third parties

Hosting: the site is served by Vercel Inc., which processes standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and availability. See Vercel’s privacy policy for details.

Advertising (if/when enabled): we may display ads served by Google AdSense in the future. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet. You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com). Where required by law (EEA/UK), we will obtain consent before advertising cookies are set, using a consent banner compatible with Google Consent Mode v2.

Search Console: Google may set a verification cookie when we verify site ownership; this does not track your activity.

Cookies & local storage

The tools use your browser’s local storage only for non-identifying conveniences such as your selected interface language. No advertising or analytics cookies are currently set. If that changes, this policy and a visible consent banner will be updated first.

Children’s privacy

The site is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since no personal data is collected by the tools themselves, nothing to delete arises from tool usage.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Because the tools collect no personal data, most requests concern server-log data held by our hosting provider, which we will forward where applicable. California residents may exercise CCPA/CPRA rights via the contact below; we do not sell personal information.

Data security & retention

All traffic is served over HTTPS. We retain no tool inputs or outputs. Hosting logs are retained by Vercel for a limited period under its standard retention policy.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the date below. Material changes affecting cookies or advertising will additionally be highlighted on the homepage.
